光镜观察表明:甲醚抗孕丸能使家兔输卵管粘膜皱襞增多,上皮细胞核分裂增多,呈孕素效应。电镜观察结果:给药组输卵管纤毛细胞上部集中了较多增大和多形的线粒体;分泌细胞上部充满了大量的电子密度不均匀、常有暗点或暗带的分泌颗粒;胞质内有较多粗面内质网;高尔基体囊泡增多,小管排列疏散,外围空泡加大。以上变化表明,甲醚抗孕丸改变了输卵管粘膜的结构与分泌功能。
