目的考察血浆置换在儿童危重症治疗中的效果。方法对2006年6月～2011年6月本院儿童重症监护室收治并接受简易血浆置换治疗的危重症患儿40例,就适应证、治疗效果、并发症等进行回顾性分析。结果40例患儿共进行95次血浆置换,治疗均顺利完成,未见严重并发症。好转37例,死亡2例,放弃治疗后死亡1例。结论简易血浆置换可以广泛应用于儿童多系统疾病救治,为危急重症救治提供了1种有效的治疗或辅助治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of plasma exchange in the treatment of critically ill children. Methods From June 2006 to June 2011, 40 critically ill children admitted to the Children’s Intensive Care Unit of our hospital undergoing simple plasmapheresis were retrospectively analyzed on indications, treatment effects and complications. Results A total of 95 plasma exchange were performed in 40 children. The treatment was successfully completed and no serious complications were found. 37 cases improved, 2 died, giving up 1 case of death after treatment. Conclusion Simple plasma exchange can be widely used in the treatment of children with multiple system diseases, providing an effective treatment or adjuvant therapy for the critical treatment of critically ill patients.
