目的研究胰腺癌患者外周血 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞含量,并探讨其含量与肿瘤的临床病理类型及临床分期的相关性。方法应用流式细胞仪分析胰腺癌患者和健康对照组外周血中CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞含量。结果20例胰腺癌患者 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T 细胞的比例为(4.13±1.81)%;20例健康对照组 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T 细胞的比例为(6.39±1.83)%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高、中分化的胰腺癌患者 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T 细胞的比例为(4.41±1.66)%;低分化胰腺癌患者 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T 细胞比例为(4.18±2.32)%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胰腺癌患者 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T细胞的比例为(2.96±1.50)%;Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胰腺癌患者 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞占 CD3~+T 细胞的比例为(5.09±1.50)%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CD4~-CD8~-T 细胞在胰腺癌中低表达,可能促进胰腺癌进一步发生发展。
Objective To study the content of CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ -T cells in peripheral blood of patients with pancreatic cancer and to explore the relationship between the level of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells and clinicopathological types and clinical stage of the tumor. Methods The levels of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells in peripheral blood of patients with pancreatic cancer and healthy controls were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The proportion of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells in CD3 ~ + T cells was (4.13 ± 1.81)% in 20 cases of pancreatic cancer patients. The percentage of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells in 20 healthy controls was (6.39 ± 1.83)%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells accounted for (4.41 ± 1.66)% of CD4 ~ + CD8 ~ -T cells in patients with high and moderately differentiated pancreatic cancer and CD3 ~ + T cells in poorly differentiated pancreatic cancer (4.18 ± 2.32)%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The proportion of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells in CD3 ~ + T cells was (2.96 ± 1.50)% in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ pancreatic cancer patients. The proportion of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ T cell ratio was (5.09 ± 1.50)%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The low expression of CD4 ~ -CD8 ~ -T cells in pancreatic cancer may promote the development of pancreatic cancer.
