本文研究了氯化高铁血红素在Nafion修饰石墨电极上的电化学行为。在0.12mol·L~(-1)的酒石酸钾钠溶液中,氯化高铁血红素在线性扫描伏安图上产生一灵敏的阴极波,其导数波的峰电位为—0.65V,峰电流与血红素在1×10~(-7)~1×10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)浓度范围内成线性关系。对有关机理进行了探讨。
In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of hemin on Nafion modified graphite electrodes was investigated. In 0.12mol·L -1 potassium sodium tartrate solution, hemin produced a sensitive cathodic wave on the linear sweep voltammogram with a derivative wave peak potential of -0.65V.
