战略创业研究近年来成为学者广泛关注的热点,如何采取合适的战略创业决策逻辑以创造和获取价值是企业生存与成长所面临的重要课题。战略创业的核心思想体现为同时寻求机会和竞争优势,其行为反映为企业机会识别和资源整合的互动。针对战略创业决策的特点,本文从手段导向理论入手分析目标导向和手段导向这两类战略创业决策逻辑的特征及关系,并构建研究框架以探索战略创业决策逻辑类型、战略创业行为与企业绩效间关系。最后,针对未来研究方向提出展望。本研究有助于拓展战略创业研究,推动手段导向理论发展,并为企业持续进行战略创业以提升绩效提供理论指导。
In recent years, the research of strategic entrepreneurship has become a hot spot of scholars’ widespread concern. How to adopt appropriate strategic business decision-making logic to create and acquire value is an important issue for the survival and growth of enterprises. The core idea of strategic entrepreneurship is reflected in seeking opportunities and competitive advantages at the same time. Its behavior is reflected in the interaction between business opportunity identification and resource integration. In the light of the characteristics of strategic entrepreneurial decision-making, this paper analyzes the characteristics and relationships between the two types of strategic entrepreneurial decision-making logic based on the tool-oriented theory and constructs a research framework to explore the logical type of strategic entrepreneurial decision-making, strategic entrepreneurial behavior and business performance relationship. Finally, the future research direction is put forward. This study is helpful to expand the research on strategic entrepreneurship and promote the development of means-oriented theory, and provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to continue their strategic start-ups to improve their performance.
