录井是指记录、录取钻井过程中的各种相关信息。录井技术是油气勘探开发活动中最基本的技术,录井现场作业是钻井井筒作业的重要部分。笔者在收集整理了川庆钻探公司生产安全预警系统2014年1—8月的统计数据后,对录井作业员工违章行为进行了心理分析,找出了影响员工行为的6类主要心理因素,即侥幸心理、从众心理、放纵心理、捷径心理、被迫心理及疲劳,并对各种心理因素进行了分析,同时针对录井岗位特点制定了5项控制对策。
Logging refers to recording and taking various relevant information during drilling. Logging technology is the most basic technology in oil and gas exploration and development activities. Logging operations are an important part of drilling wellbore operations. After collecting and analyzing statistics of production safety early-warning system of Chuanqing Drilling Company from January to August, 2014, the author conducts a psychological analysis on illegal behaviors of logging workers and finds six major psychological factors that affect staff behavior, namely, Luck, psychology, indulgence, shortcut psychology, psychology and fatigue, psychology and various psychological factors were analyzed. At the same time, five control strategies were formulated according to the characteristics of logging posts.
