社会语用研究属于广义的应用语言学范畴 ,但目前学术界对社会语用的认识尚未达成一致。文章从社会交往的角度 ,探讨了社会语用的含义、研究的对象、范围及理论基础 ,认为社会语用的研究对于指导人们的社会语言实践活动和拓展语言学的研究领域具有重要的意义 The study of social pragmatics belongs to the category of applied linguistics in a broad sense. However, at present, the understanding of social pragmatics in academia has not been agreed. From the perspective of social interaction, the article discusses the meaning of social pragmatics, the object of study, its scope and theoretical basis. It holds that the study of social pragmatics plays an important role in guiding people’s practice of social language and expanding the field of linguistics
