植物名称:佛手瓜(Sechium edule)。材料类别:取带腋芽嫩梢,经70％酒精消毒10秒钟,0.1％升汞消毒10分钟后,用无菌水冲洗干净,切取带1～2个腋芽、长约2.5cm的茎段为外植体。培养条件:以MS为基本培养基,附加激素成分及含量分别为:(1)MS+IAA 0.1mg/L(单位下同);(2)MS+6-BA 1.5+IAA 0.1+LH 200;(3)MS+6-BA 1.0+IBA 1.0;(4)1/2MS+IBA 0.5+腐殖酸钠100(黑龙江省鹤岗腐殖酸化工厂生产);
