本文指出,不论选购机床或生产机床,其可能取得的经济效果都可用价值系数来衡量。为了提高价值系数,应当从合理规划机床功能和降低机床制造、使用成本两方面入手。在研究了普通车床销售价格(Cm)、主电机功率(N)、机床自重(W)与主要规格(D)之间关系中,发现 Cm、N、W、与D1.54成比例。并证明了若能选用小一号规格车床,价格上可节约30%。本文从零件统计的观点,介绍了现用车床规格都比实际需要的大。因此多发展小规格车床是必要的。
The paper points out that the economic effects that may be obtained by purchasing a machine tool or a machine tool can all be measured by a value factor. In order to improve the value of the coefficient, we should start from the rational planning of machine tool functions and reduce the machine tool manufacturing costs.
