在电力企业改革发展下,电网得以全方位建设,内部的人力资源管理模式也不断变化。基于此,本文以电力企业人力资源管理现状的分析,为其提出合理的解决对策,保证能够推进电力企业的可持续建设和发展。
Under the reform and development of power enterprises, the power grid has been constructed in all aspects and the internal human resources management mode has also been constantly changing. Based on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of human resource management in power enterprises and puts forward reasonable solutions to them so as to ensure the sustainable construction and development of power enterprises.
