羟肟类萃取剂目前广泛应用于铜的溶剂萃取中。据报道,国外对反式羟肟的测定,一般应用紫外分光光度法,薄层层析分离——红外光谱测定法,和电位法。但是对工业生产上含有煤油的羟肟铜萃取剂中反式羟肟的测定,至今尚未见到简便合适的方法报导。我们赴恩平铜矿开门办学过程中,在铜矿党组织的领导下,进行了中和法测定煤油中反式羟肟的试验。中和法是基于反式羟肟饱和萃取铜时定量置换出氢离子,然后用氢氧化钠溶液滴定所放出的氢离子,间接测定反式羟肟的浓度。
Hydroxyoxime extractants are widely used in solvent extraction of copper. It is reported that foreign countries for the determination of trans-hydroxy-oxime, the general application of UV spectrophotometry, thin layer chromatography - infrared spectrometry, and the potential method. However, the determination of trans-hydroxyoxime in hydroxyximine copper extractants containing kerosene in industrial production has not yet been reported by a convenient and appropriate method. During the process of opening our school to Enping Copper Mine, we conducted the test of determination of transhydroxime in kerosene by the neutralization method under the leadership of the Party organization of copper mine. The neutralization method is based on the quantitative replacement of hydrogen ions by trans-hydroxyoxime saturation extraction of copper, and then titration of the released hydrogen ions with sodium hydroxide solution to indirectly determine the concentration of transhydroxime.
