我港某矿石堆场现有6台悬臂式斗轮堆取料机,其中一期堆场有3台D Q7500/3500-47型悬臂式斗轮堆取料机,二期堆场有3台DQK3500/7500-47型悬臂式斗轮堆取料机。为及时了解和掌握该矿石堆场堆取料机悬臂胶带上物料的瞬时流量,决定采用远程实时监控管理系统,对胶带秤的瞬时流量等数据信息进行采集、传输、记录和保存。
There are 6 cantilevered bucket wheel stacker reclaimers in an ore storage yard in Hong Kong. Among them, there are 3 D Q7500 / 3500-47 cantilever bucket wheel stacker reclaimrs in the first stockyard and 3 canyons in the second stockyard DQK3500 / 7500-47 cantilever bucket wheel stacker reclaimer. In order to keep abreast of and grasp the instantaneous flow of materials on the cantilever tape of the ore dump and reclaimer, a remote real-time monitoring and management system was decided to collect, transmit, record and save the data of the instantaneous flow rate of the tape scale.
