针对现有电牵引采煤机监测系统的不足,在其研究的基础上,通过对无线状态监测系统的总体结构设计,无线监测装置的确定及软件平台的搭建,最终形成了电牵引采煤机无线状态监测平台。信号通过无线收发器采集,经无线局域网传至上位机再通过光纤传至监测中心,由Lab VIEW开发的软件平台进一步进行分析处理。实现了电牵引采煤机运行状态的无线监测及故障的诊断分析。
