义乌的安丽袜业介绍,由于印尼棉花质量好,劳动力比中国要便宜,配套能力也很强,他们有好几个国外客户都把订单转到那边去做了。笔者见到两个温州老板,正在上海炒楼花。他们原来是给国外企业做贴牌的,完全按照订单生产。后来,当他们把工厂发展到一定规模后,外方提出收购,不然就不给订单。因为他们过去的生产完全没有主动性,如果没有订单,根本没有出路。迫于无奈,只好把工厂卖给外方,又不知再干点什么,就拿了钱到上海炒楼。义乌的产品价格之便宜、利润之低,着实令我们吃惊。但是,此前阅读浙江媒体的报道,却无不对此慷慨地给予赞扬:这就是义乌商人的精明所在——通过令人难以置信的低价,同时也是令人难以置信的微薄利润,抢占市场。义乌商人成了小商品的整合大师。
