百合岡信孝,1940年10月19日生于日本大阪.1963年毕业于日本京都大学,获冶金工学士.1965年获日本京都大学修士.1965年开始在日本富士制铁株式会社(后改名为新日本制铁株式会社)工作.1970年～1972年在美国 MassachusettsInsitute of Technology工作学习,获工学硕士.1972年～1989年在新日本制铁焊接研究中心(Welding＆JoiningReseach Center)从事研究工作.1981年获日本京都大学工学博士,其学位论文为“钢中氢扩散和聚集的分析及对冷裂纹的影响”.1984年被日本名古屋大学聘为客座讲师,1989年被日本大阪大学聘为客座讲师.1989年～1995年任新日本制铁焊接研究所所长.1990年至今为日本科学委员会焊接研究专委会干事,1995年至今任新日本
Born in Osaka, Japan on October 19, 1940, Noboribetsu Hidenori graduated from Kyoto University in Japan with a bachelor’s degree in metallurgy in 1963. He received a bachelor’s degree from Kyoto University in Japan in 1965. In 1965, he started his career at Japan’s Fuji Iron Co., Japan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.) Work experience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA from 1970 to 1972, master’s degree in engineering Research work at the Welding & JoiningReseach Center, Japan from 1972 to 1989. In 1981, Japan Kyoto University, Ph.D., whose dissertation is entitled “Analysis of Hydrogen Diffusion and Aggregation in Steel and Impact on Cold Cracks.” 1984 Visiting Lecturer at Nagoya University, Japan, and Visiting Lecturer at Osaka University, Japan, 1989. ~ 1995 Ren Nippon Steel Welding Institute director 1990 until now for the Japan Science Council Welding Research Special Committee, since 1995 the new Japan
