本文是作者在奥地利格拉兹技术大学进修期间所作研究工作和所写博士论文的一部分。文中介绍了一种根据实际测量的油管压力计算运转中柴油机喷油过程的新方法。由于这种方法正确考虑了喷油器内各个集中容积对压力波反射的影响以及在液体介质出现空泡现象以后压力波实际传播速度的变化,因而提高了计算的准确性。在理论分析和实验的基础上,作者关于在具有等容式出油阀的柴油机高压油管中压力波实际传播速度(声速)有可能大大降低的分析和见解,不仅为准确计算喷油系统提供了重要依据,而且也有助于解释柴油机中有时会出现的不稳定或异常喷射现象的原因。
This article is part of a research project and a dissertation written by the author during his studies at the Graz Technical University in Austria. This paper presents a new method to calculate the injection process of diesel engine in operation based on the actual measured tubing pressure. Because this method correctly considers the influence of each concentrated volume in the injector on the reflection of the pressure wave and the change of the actual propagation velocity of the pressure wave after the cavitation in the liquid medium, the accuracy of the calculation is improved. On the basis of theoretical analysis and experiment, the author’s analysis and opinion on the possibility that the actual propagation velocity of pressure wave (sound velocity) in the high-pressure diesel oil pipe with an isopower oil outlet valve may be greatly reduced may not only provide the accurate calculation of the fuel injection system Important basis, but also help to explain the causes of instability or abnormal jet phenomenon sometimes occurs in diesel engines.
