进入新世纪以来,知识经济初露端倪、全球一体化进程加快、各种竞争异常激烈、不确定因素增多等等一些新特点,使得我们的领导情境、领导对象都相应地发生了许多新变化,这就对领导者的素质构成了极大的挑战,也提出了一些新的要求。
Since the beginning of the new century, some new features, such as the emergence of a knowledge economy, the acceleration of the process of global integration, the fierce competition of all kinds and the increase of uncertainties, have led to many new changes in our leadership situations and leaders. This poses a great challenge to the quality of the leader and raises some new requirements.
