精密机械用园弧齿轮形(本文简称园弧齿形)是钟表、定时器以及时控引信中机械主传动轮系所普遍采用的一种啮合齿形。本本简要介绍了园弧齿形所经历的摆线—修正—摆线—园弧齿形的不断演变和发展过程。介绍的国内外近期对园弧齿形的运动学和动力学的研究表明:园孤齿形的主要工作齿郭—齿顶园弧段,愈来愈偏离原摆线位置,这种齿形实质上已脱离了原理论摆线位置,这种齿形实质上已脱离了原理论摆线的范畴。此外,某些工业发达国家的齿形新标准已放弃了对齿根径向性的传统要求,而是采用使齿根增肥,强度提高的非径向直线齿根的园弧齿形。其实这种齿形在兵器工业时控引信中早已得到应用。园弧齿形脱离摆线范畴,不仅改善了力短传递特性和能量传递特性,而且也改善龊轮及其刀具加工的工艺特性。本文在介绍国外两种不同类型的园弧齿形标准参数换算后,还讨论了按照天津大学提出的我国园弧齿形标准草案讨论稿设计计算园孤齿形的方法和步骤。
Precision mechanical arc gear (hereinafter referred to as circular arc tooth profile) is a watch, timer and timing fuze in the main drive train gear used a common tooth shape. In addition, the new standard for tooth profile in some industrialized countries has abandoned the traditional requirement for root radiality, instead of using a circular arc tooth profile of a non-radial straight tooth root that increases root densification and strength. In fact, this tooth shape in the weapons industry when the control of fuses has long been applied. Park arc tooth out of the scope of the cycloid, not only to improve the short force transmission characteristics and energy transfer characteristics, but also to improve the wheel and its tooling process characteristics. After introducing the conversion of two different types of arcuate tooth profile parameters in foreign countries, this paper also discusses the method and steps of designing the solitary tooth shape of the computational garden according to the draft of arcuate tooth profile standard proposed by Tianjin University.
