市场经济中劳资关系的演化存在渐趋紧张与有所缓和的前后两个阶段,二者之间存在一个由紧趋缓的转型期。这个社会转型期与工业化、城市化加速期大体重合。转型前期劳资矛盾突显,源于城市化加速期的巨大成本压力,城乡二元经济下劳动力市场的价格落差。我国当前正处于这一社会转型期,面临一系列的社会矛盾和发展难题,只有保持经济快速增长,加快城市化进程,实现社会转型,在劳资协调与经济增长的良性互动中解决发展难题。
In the market economy, the evolution of labor-capital relations exists in two stages: before and after the gradual tightening and easing. There is a period of transition from tight to easing. This social transition coincides with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization. The contradiction between labor and capital in the early stage of transition was due to the huge cost pressure from the acceleration of urbanization and the price gap in the labor market under the dual economy of urban and rural areas. At present, China is facing a series of problems of social contradictions and development during this period of social transition. Only by maintaining rapid economic growth, accelerating urbanization, and achieving social transformation, solve the development challenges in the benign interaction between labor coordination and economic growth.
