传统的发光二极管(lighting emitting diode,LED)驱动电源一般含有电解电容作为储能元件,其寿命成为制约LED驱动电源寿命的主要因素,并且会限制功率密度进一步提高。因此,提出一种在反激变换器变压器上增加一个绕组并增加全桥辅助电路的无电解电容的LED驱动电源,其不仅去除了电解电容,延长了LED驱动电源的使用寿命,减小了驱动电源的体积,并且实现了功率因数校正,减小了输出电流两倍工频交流分量,输出电流近似恒定。本文详细分析了这种变换器的工作原理并试制了一台样机给出了实验结果。
Conventional LED (light emitting diode) driving power source generally includes electrolytic capacitor as an energy storage component, and its lifetime becomes a major factor that restricts the life of the LED driving power supply and further limits the power density. Therefore, an LED driving power supply with a winding added to the flyback converter transformer and with no electrolytic capacitor added to the full-bridge auxiliary circuit is proposed, which not only removes the electrolytic capacitor and prolongs the service life of the LED driving power supply, but also reduces the number of driving Power supply size, and power factor correction, reducing the output current twice the frequency AC component, the output current is approximately constant. This paper analyzes in detail the working principle of this converter and prototype a prototype trial shows the experimental results.
