目的 探讨氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX -LDL)、理气活血方和方中理气、活血药对不同组分对人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)生长活性的影响。方法 体外培养HUVEC ,将OX LDL与HUVEC共同孵育 ,模拟OX LDL损伤内皮细胞 (EC)的体内过程。理气活血方和川芎、赤芍药对 (芎芍药对 )及柴胡、枳壳药对 (柴枳药对 )组分分别与OX LDL损伤的HUVEC共同孵育 ,用四唑蓝比色试验检测法(MTT)检测细胞生长活性。结果 HUVEC和OX LDL共同孵育 6、12h和 2 4h后 ,HUVEC生长活性都受到不同程度抑制 ,和正常培养的HUVEC有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。理气活血方全方及方中柴枳药对、芎芍药对组分能提高OX LDL损伤HUVEC生长活性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 理气活血方不同组分可以提高OX LDL损伤HUVEC的生长活性 ,并有全方优于药对的趋势
Objective To investigate the effects of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL), Qiqihuoxue Decoction, and Fangzhongzhongqi and Huoxue Pills on the growth of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Methods HUVECs were cultured in vitro and OX LDL was incubated with HUVECs to simulate the in vivo process of OX LDL-damaging endothelial cells (EC). Liqi Huoxue Decoction and Chuanxiong and Paeoniflorin pairs were used to co-incubate with OX LDL-injured HUVECs respectively. MTT) detects cell growth activity. RESULTS: After HUVEC and OX LDL were co-incubated for 6, 12 h and 24 h, the growth activity of HUVEC was inhibited to varying degrees, which was significantly different from that of normal cultured HUVEC (P < 0.05). Liqi Huoxue Fangfangfang and Fangzhong Chaixiong pairs and Paeoniflorin components could increase the growth activity of OX LDL-injured HUVEC (P <0 05). Conclusion The different components of LIQI HUOXUE can increase the growth activity of OX LDL-injured HUVEC, and there is a tendency that all side is better than medicine pair.
