江西省南昌市作为全国住房保障建设的先锋,于2012年初施行了“三房合一”政策——停止公租房、经适房、廉租房建设而整合为并轨建设,租售并举。通过阐述南昌市“三房合一”的政策出台背景、意义,并结合国内外先例针对政策实施中所遇到的问题和挑战,尝试给予可能性解决方案,这对促进今后政策的适度调整和改进具有一定意义。
