采用一步还原、二步还原的工艺,以单一还原剂或复合还原剂制备超细铜粉,并用松装比测定仪、激光粒度分布仪、XRD、SEM对铜粉进行了表征。结果表明,用2 mol/L葡萄糖预还原,用1.1mol/L甲醛和2.2 mol/L水合肼复合还原剂二步还原,可以制备性能优良的玫红色铜粉,其表面形貌为球形或类球形,粒度为3~5.59μm,分布均匀,无团聚,分散性好;用其作为基体制备出了表面镀层致密性好、包覆完全、包覆层平均厚度达到336nm,同时具有较好的导电性和抗氧化性的银包铜粉。
A one-step reduction and two-step reduction process were used to prepare ultrafine copper powder with single reductant or composite reductant.
