偶氮氯膦Ⅰ试剂已用于铀、镉、铜、锆、钍、镧、钇、镁等元素的测定。本文利用此试剂在pH5.7左右与铝能形成稳定紫红色络合物的性质,成功地进行了铝的光度测定,络合物极大吸收波长在580~585nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.72×10~4。在有2毫克铁和2毫升0.05MEGTA溶液存在下,摩尔吸光系数为1.45×10~4。在25毫升体积中0~30微克铝符合比尔定律。在EGTA和苦杏仁酸存在下,一定量的铁、钛、铜、铬(Ⅵ)、镍、稀土等不干扰测定,故可不经分离直接光度法测定钢铁、合金中的铝。
Chlorophosphonazo I reagent has been used for the determination of uranium, cadmium, copper, zirconium, thorium, lanthanum, yttrium, magnesium and other elements. In this paper, the reagent was used to form the stable fuchsine complex with aluminum at about pH 5.7. The photometric determination of aluminum was successfully carried out. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 580-585 nm and the molar absorptivity was 1.72 × 10 ~ 4. The molar extinction coefficient was 1.45 × 10 -4 in the presence of 2 mg of iron and 2 ml of 0.05 MEGTA solution. 0 to 30 micrograms of aluminum in 25 ml volume complies with Beer’s law. In the presence of EGTA and mandelic acid, a certain amount of iron, titanium, copper, chromium (Ⅵ), nickel, rare earth, etc. do not interfere with the determination, it can be determined without separation of direct spectrophotometric determination of aluminum in steel and alloy.
