随着油田逐渐进入开采后期,原油含水率越来越高,污水处理愈发重要,集输系统处理污水量也越来越大,在运行过程中污水除油罐面临着高液位运行等不安全因素。本文以新疆油田重油开发公司61#原油处理站的污水除油罐为例,对其工艺的不合理性和存在的安全隐患进行分析,并研究方案解决问题,保证了生产的平稳和安全。

In the process of operation, the sewage degreasing tank is facing high liquid level operation, etc. safety factors. In this paper, the oil removal tank of 61 # crude oil treatment station of Xinjiang Oilfield Heavy Oil Development Company is taken as an example to analyze the irrationality of the process and the potential safety hazard and to study the solutions to the problems so as to ensure the smooth and safe production.
