死刑缓期执行，是我们党和国家“少杀慎杀”政策的法律体现。据此，作者论述了执行死刑的条件和适用这一刑罚应当遵循的５个原则，并着重就《刑法》第５０条关于判处死缓后的三种不同的法律后果，作了研究探讨
The implementation of the suspension of execution of death penalty is the legal embodiment of the policy of “less killing and cautious killing” of our party and our country. Accordingly, the author discusses the conditions for the implementation of the death penalty and the five principles that should be followed in applying the punishment, and focuses on the three different legal consequences of the termination of death in Article 50 of the Criminal Law
