目的:研究细胞间粘附分子1(intellular adhesion m olecule1, I C A M 1)和人体组织相关抗原(hum an leukocyte antigen, H L A D R)在葡萄膜炎免疫反应中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色检查20只正常眼和54例葡萄糖膜炎眼球摘除眼(其中外源性33例和内源性21例)的脉络膜和视网膜组织中 I C A M 1和 H L A D R 的表达。结果:正常眼的脉络膜和视网膜组织没有 I C A M 1的阳性染色,没有或较少有 H L A D R 的表达,葡萄膜炎眼中二者有增高表达( P< 001),而外源性和内源性葡萄膜炎眼组间表达统计学上无显著差异( P> 005)。结论: I C A M 1、 H L A D R 分子能够介导白细胞和炎症部位组织细胞的识别和粘附,二者的共同表达说明它们在葡萄糖膜炎脉络膜视网膜组织的免疫性损伤中具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of intracerebral adhesion molecule-1 (ICLM1) and humoral leukocyte antigen (H L A-DR) on the uveitis immune response Role. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of I C A M 1 and H L in 20 choroidal and retinal tissues of 20 normal eyes and 54 cases of dexamethasone eyeballs (33 exogenous and 21 endogenous) A D R expression. Results: There was no positive staining for choroidal and retinal tissues in normal eyes, no or less H L AD R expression, and both of them were higher in uveitis (P <001) , While there was no significant difference between the extrinsic and endogenous uveitis groups (P> 005). CONCLUSION: I C A M 1 and H L A D R molecules can mediate the recognition and adhesion of leukocytes and inflammatory cells. The co - expression of them shows that they are involved in the autoimmune damage of glucose membrane inflammation of chorioretinal tissue It is of great significance.
