水轮发电机组运行状态随运行工况不同而存在明显的差别.研究了万家寨水电站两种型号的大型混流式机组与水口电站同一种型号两台大型轴流转桨式机组的运行性能和运行区划分方法;发现影响万家寨机组运行稳定性的最主要因素为尾水管内涡带引起的水压力脉动,影响水口水电站机组安全运行的有水力脉动引起的活塞杆动应力、桨叶动应力及转轮水推力等;综合分析在运转特性曲线上绘制的影响机组安全运行参数的分布云图,绘出水轮发电机组的安全运行区、过渡运行区和禁止运行区。
The operating status of hydro-generator unit varies with operating conditions, and the operation performance of two large-size axial flow propeller units of the same type and the same type of Wanjiazhai Hydropower Station and Shuikou Hydropower Station The main factors that influence the operation stability of Wanjiazhai unit are water pressure pulsation caused by vortex belt in tailrace pipe, dynamic stress of piston rod caused by hydraulic pulsation which affects the safe operation of units of Shuikou hydropower station, Stress and runner water thrust; comprehensively analyze the distribution map of the safe operating parameters of the generating units drawn on the operating characteristic curve, and draw out the safe operating area, transitional operating area and prohibited operating area of the hydroelectric generating set.
