通过在碳钢上电镀FeW合金镀层然后固相渗Al,获得了FeWAl涂层.对比研究了在800℃硫压为103Pa,氧压为10-21Pa或10-3~1Pa条件下FeAl和FeWAl涂层的硫化行为.结果表明,在高硫压(103Pa)、低氧压(10-21Pa)环境中,FeAl和FeWAl涂层均发生了灾难性腐蚀,腐蚀产物呈粉状.而适当提高环境中的氧分压(10-3~1Pa)时,FeWAl涂层具有良好的抗硫化性能.当在Fe-WAl涂层表面涂敷Fe2O3+SiO2混合层时,提高了涂层表面的氧分压,在高硫压低氧压的环境中促进了由硫化向氧化的转变,显著降低了腐蚀速度.使涂层表现出了良好的抗硫化性能
A FeWAl coating was obtained by electroplating a FeW alloy coating on carbon steel followed by solid phase infiltration of Al. The vulcanization behavior of FeAl and FeWAl coatings at 800 ℃ with pressure of 103Pa and oxygen pressure of 10-21Pa or 10-3-1Pa was investigated. The results show that both the FeAl and FeWAl coatings are catastrophically corrosive in the environment of high sulfur pressure (103Pa) and low oxygen pressure (10-21Pa), and the corrosion products are powdery. The appropriate partial pressure of oxygen in the environment (10-3 ~ 1Pa), FeWAl coating has good anti-vulcanization properties. When Fe2O3 + SiO2 mixed layer is applied on the surface of Fe-WAl coating, the oxygen partial pressure on the surface of the coating is increased, and the transition from sulfidation to oxidation is promoted in the environment of high sulfur pressure and low oxygen pressure, and the corrosion rate is remarkably reduced.
