本文对纳米SiO_2颗粒表面进行接枝改性,利用硅烷偶联剂、2溴代异丁酰溴为原子转移自由基聚合的活性引发剂,进而引发甲基丙烯酸甘油酯(GMA)和甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BA)聚合,制备SiO_2-g-P(GMA-co-BA)杂化粒子,并在其表面接枝DDS。结果用红外光谱分析表明:纳米SiO_2粒子表面成功接枝上KH550、GMABADDS。
In this paper, the surface modification of nano-SiO 2 particles, the use of silane coupling agent, 2-bromo-isobutyryl bromide as the atom transfer radical polymerization initiator, and then trigger the glycerol methacrylate (GMA) and methacrylic acid Butyl acrylate (BA) to prepare SiO_2-gP (GMA-co-BA) hybrid particles and grafted DDS on its surface. Results The results of FTIR analysis showed that the surface of nano-SiO 2 particles were successfully grafted onto KH550, GMA BA DDS.
