Recently, the directors of 48 representative companies in Tai’an City, Shandong Province, held talks and focused on the difficulties and problems that the contracting companies currently suffer from the conflict, and how to further improve the development of the contract responsibility system during the process of rectification and improvement. The vitality of the company has put forward some common suggestions and requirements. Problems: (1) Attacks on the base of death and the living environment On the one hand, the profit base submitted by enterprises has been packaged to death and must remain unchanged for three to four years. On the other hand, the external environment of the company is changing dramatically. At present, regardless of political and economic climate, industries, funding policies, or the supply of raw materials for product sales, there is a huge difference from the beginning of contracting.
