以高浓度丙烯腈废水为研究对象,考察反应温度、时间、引发剂投加量对废水中丙烯腈去除率的影响。由放大试验确定最佳工艺条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间10 h,引发剂投加量2 g/kg,最终自聚物送入锅炉焚烧。丙烯腈废水自聚处理工艺稳定可靠,是一种新颖的高浓度丙烯腈废水处理方法,为工业生产中丙烯腈废水处理提供新的技术支持。
With high concentration of acrylonitrile wastewater as the research object, the effects of reaction temperature, time and dosage of initiator on acrylonitrile removal rate in wastewater were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined by enlarging test: the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the reaction time was 10 h, the dosage of initiator was 2 g / kg, and the final self-polymer was sent to the boiler for incineration. Acrylonitrile wastewater self-polymerization process is stable and reliable, is a novel high concentration of acrylonitrile wastewater treatment methods for the industrial production of acrylonitrile wastewater treatment to provide new technical support.
