图1所示的零件生产批量较大(1万件以上),材料为纯铝,其尺寸精度要求较高,我们采用冷轧加工方法,使产品达到了生产要求。轧轮(见图2)的材料为45钢,淬火硬度为HRC 50~55。轧槽的表面粗糙度Ra 0.4((?)9),其余的表面粗糙度为Ra 3.2((?)6)。A_1、A_2、A_3分别粗加工、半精加工和精加工轧槽。为保证达到2.4_(-0.05)~0mm尺寸,所以A_3槽的精度要高一些。影响这个尺寸的主要因素是槽深H及半角α
