目的 探讨新生儿母乳喂养影响因素。方法 按《北京市新生儿访视常规要求》进行新生儿访视。结果 新生儿期是否母乳喂养与分娩方式及文化程度无关。主要原因是乳量不足。结论 母乳喂养主要影响因素与母亲信心不足及对母乳喂养相关知识缺乏密切相关。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of newborn breastfeeding. Methods According to “Beijing neonatal visit routine requirements” for neonatal visits. Results Whether or not breastfeeding during the neonatal period has nothing to do with the mode of delivery and education. The main reason is the lack of milk. Conclusion The main influencing factors of breastfeeding are closely related to the lack of mother’s confidence and lack of knowledge about breastfeeding.
