目的 :比较巨大儿和正常体重儿出生后两天体重下降情况。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 1月～ 2 0 0 2年 12月分娩的 3 9例巨大儿和3 9例正常体重儿分成两组 ,分别测量出生后第 1、第 2天的体重下降情况 ,两组结果用U检验比较。结果 :巨大儿第一天体重下降率 ( 3 3 7± 0 2 5 ) % ,第 2天下降率 ( 3 2 8± 0 2 2 ) % ;正常体重儿第一天体重下降率 ( 2 63± 0 2 4) % ,第 2天下降率 ( 2 49± 0 2 6) %。两组相比有差异 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 :出生两天内巨大儿体重下降比正常体重儿明显
OBJECTIVE: To compare the loss of body weight of males and normal infants two days after birth. METHODS: A total of 39 macrosomia and 39 normal-weight infants delivered from January 2002 to December 2002 were divided into two groups, and the body weight loss on the first and second days after birth was measured The two groups were compared by U test. Results: The weight loss rate of giant rats on the first day was (33 7 ± 0 25)%, on the second day the rate of decrease was (32 8 ± 0 2 2)%, on the first day the weight loss rate was 0 2 4)%, the rate of descent on the 2nd day was (2 49 ± 0 2 6)%. There were differences between the two groups (P <0 05). CONCLUSION: The weight loss of giant children during the first two days of birth is significantly lower than that of normal children
