本实验观察了严重碘缺乏情况下大鼠多巴胺神经系统的个体发生。实验选用第四代低碘 Wistar 大鼠。结果表明低碘组条件反射次数比对照组显著减少,而非条件反射时显著延长;动物游泳技巧和速度观察结果为低碘组较对照组显著降低;低碘组尾状核内蛋白质和 DNA 含量较对照组明显减少,尾状核内单胺类神经递质也明显降低。结果揭示低碘可以导致大鼠多巴胺神经系统损害。
This experiment observed the occurrence of dopamine neuronal system in rats under severe iodine deficiency. The fourth generation of low iodine Wistar rats were selected for experiment. The results showed that the number of conditioned reflexes in the low iodine group decreased significantly compared with that in the control group, but significantly longer than that in the control group. The swimming skill and speed of the animals were significantly lower in the low iodine group than in the control group. The protein and DNA content Compared with the control group, the number of monoamine neurotransmitters in the caudate nucleus significantly decreased. The results revealed that low iodine can cause dopamine neurological damage in rats.
