供试杂种小麦及其亲本在春季生育期间,根系TTC还原力、呼吸速率和可溶蛋白含量的变化是单峰曲线,与亲本和对照相比,杂种小麦上述参数均表现较明显优势,且优势随生育进程而增大。根系活跃吸附面积呈逐渐增加趋势,说明生育后期根系可通过维持较大有效吸附面积,在一定程度上补偿因根系活力下降造成的水分和养分吸收量的不足。相关分析表明,根系TTC还原力等生理参数在春季不同生育时期均与群体光合速率呈高度正相关,表明杂种小麦较高的根系生理活性对于增强其冠层的光合碳同化作用具有重要意义。
