目的:考察不同浓度表面活性剂对辅料接触角的影响,从而进一步考察不同表面活性剂对辅料润湿性的影响及表面活性剂与辅料不同配比对片剂润湿性的影响。方法:选取不同种类的辅料进行压片,配制不同浓度的表面活性剂溶液,利用接触角测定仪,测定溶液在片剂表面的接触角。结果:在临界胶束浓度下的表面活性剂与片剂的接触角最小,润湿性最好,对于大多数相同浓度下的表面活性剂,亲水性辅料片剂接触角的改变小于疏水性材料。结论:表面活性剂的加入,可以显著降低辅料片剂接触角,但是达到某一比例之后接触角变稳定。该研究结果对片剂处方设计具有一定参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different concentrations of surfactants on the contact angle of excipients, and further investigate the influence of different surfactants on excipient wettability and the effect of different proportion of surfactants and excipients on tablet wettability. Methods: Different kinds of excipients were selected for tabletting. Different concentrations of surfactant solution were prepared. The contact angle of the solution on the tablet surface was measured by the contact angle meter. Results: The surfactant at the critical micelle concentration had the lowest contact angle with the tablet and the best wettability. For most surfactants at the same concentration, the change in the contact angle of the hydrophilic adjuvant tablet was less than that of the hydrophobic material. Conclusion: The addition of surfactant can significantly reduce the contact angle of the excipient tablet, but the contact angle becomes stable after reaching a certain proportion. The results of this study on tablet prescription design has some reference value.
