以平均粒径和沉降积为指标,采用均匀设计法优化N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺交联淀粉微球(MSM)合成工艺,得出各指标的预测模型,确定了各指标最小时的因素组合。结果表明,乳化剂浓度、反应时间、搅拌速度是影响微球平均粒径的主要因素;乳化剂浓度,反应时间,反应温度是影响微球交联程度的主要因素,在微球合成过程中因素之间的交互作用效应显著。采用优化所得的较优工艺参数,制备的MSM平均粒径为4.6μm,沉降积为0.9mL。
