目的:研究儿童食物不耐受与过敏性紫癜病发的关联,进而寻找预防和治疗过敏性紫癜的有效途径。方法:通过我院的过敏性紫癜患儿以及健康体检儿童对十四项食物的食物不耐受检测的对比分析,观察不同食物特异性Ig G的阳性变化。结果:观察组的过敏性紫癜患儿的病变患者食物特异性Ig G的阳性明显高于健康对比组,且鸡蛋、鳕鱼和牛奶的食物特异性反应最强烈。结论:通过对患儿食物不耐受检测对某些特定食物存在的不耐受提供有价值的信息,为临床实施个性化的健康饮食指导来预防和治疗过敏性紫癜具有临床实践意义。
Objective: To study the association between food intolerance and allergic purpura in children and to find an effective way to prevent and treat allergic purpura. Methods: By comparing the food intolerance of 14 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura and healthy children in our hospital, the positive changes of different food-specific Ig G were observed. Results: The positive rate of food-specific Ig G in patients with allergic purpura in observation group was significantly higher than that in healthy control group, and the food-specific reaction of egg, cod and milk was the strongest. CONCLUSION: It is of clinical significance to prevent and treat allergic purpura by providing a personalized diet guidance for the prevention of food intolerance in children.
