大延伸水平井具有水平位移大、井斜角大以及裸眼稳斜段长等特点。钻井过程钻柱增大下行阻力,超过临界摩擦系数后,钻柱无法依靠自身重力下移,需要向下加压才能向下滑动。摩阻和扭矩的增大,将严重影响钻井时效,加大钻井安全风险。结合近年来钻井经验,从钻柱结构、井眼轨迹、钻井液流变性和井眼净化等方面,总结了降低摩阻和扭矩钻井技术,并给出井壁失稳定及井下复杂情况技术对策。

Combining drilling experience in recent years, this paper summarizes the technology of reducing friction and torque drilling from the aspects of drill string structure, borehole trajectory, drilling fluid rheology and wellbore purification, and gives the technical countermeasures for the instability of the borehole wall and the complex conditions in the borehole.
