用治疗前后对比方法，对２８例Ⅱ期高血压病患者口服依那普利２２个月前后的血脂及胰岛素抗性（ＩＲ）进行研究。结果：用药后ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ明显下降，ＨＲ不变。治疗前本组病例存在明显ＩＲ，治疗后ＩＲ降低。治疗前ＨＤＬ／ＬＤＬ低于对照组，治疗后增高。提示高血压病患者存在ＩＲ及血脂异常，依那普利可有效降压，逆转ＩＲ并改变血脂代谢。
The blood lipid and insulin resistance (IR) of oral enalapril in 28 patients with stage II hypertension before and after the treatment were compared before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, SBP and DBP decreased obviously, while HR did not change. Before treatment, there was a significant IR in this group, and IR decreased after treatment. HDL / LDL before treatment was lower than that of the control group, and increased after treatment. Prompt hypertension in patients with IR and dyslipidemia, enalapril can be effective antihypertensive, reversal of IR and change in blood lipid metabolism.
