有色冶金工厂的废热利用是一个具有重要经济意义和技术价值的问题,也是减少燃料消耗、降低冶炼成本的一个途径。国外许多有色冶金工厂都装设了废热锅炉,收到了很好的经济效果。如一些冶炼厂全厂用电的50~80%是靠废热锅炉蒸汽发电供给的。当前我国冶金工厂废热利用的潜力很大,如反射炉,沸腾炉,烟化炉,转炉寺冶金炉出来的烟气,许多工厂都还没有很好地利用。这些烟气余热怎样利用才更为合理?采用何种锅炉更为恰当?国外的先进的废热利用方法,我们应该学,应该有;国外没有的,我们也要有,我们在废热利用上,也要走我们中国人的路。下面发表了傅引农同志一篇文章,简单介绍了几种简易的烟管式废热锅炉,虽然国外有色冶金工厂广泛采用的是高压水管式锅炉,但简易的烟管式废热锅炉来自于国内实践,可供大家参考。希望从事和关心这一工作的同志们,踴跃发表意见,在本刊“技术问题讨论”栏展开讨论。
