目的测定延龄草乙酸乙酯部位、正丁醇部位的总皂苷及总黄酮含量。方法采用香草醛-高氯酸比色法、硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠法分别测定延龄草乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位的总皂苷、总黄酮的含量。结果延龄草正丁醇部位总皂苷含量达到44.6%,总黄酮含量为0.98%,延龄草乙酸乙酯部位总皂苷含量为77.4%,总黄酮含量约为5.1%。结论初步确定了延龄草不同部位中皂苷、黄酮的含量,而延龄草的乙酸乙酯部位及正丁醇部位的总皂苷含量均远大于总黄酮含量,所以延龄草发挥防病治病作用的成分多以皂苷类为主。研究为进一步研究延龄草有效成分提供指导。
Objective To determine the content of total saponins and total flavonoids in Trillium grass ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction. Methods Vanillin - perchloric acid colorimetric method and aluminum nitrate - sodium nitrite method were used to determine the content of total saponin and total flavonoids in Trichosanthin ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction respectively. Results The content of total saponin in n-butanol was 44.6%, the content of total flavonoids was 0.98%, the content of total saponin in ethyl acetate of trillium was 77.4% and the content of total flavonoids was 5.1%. Conclusion The content of saponin and flavonoids in different parts of Trillium chinense was preliminarily determined, but the content of total saponins in ethyl acetate fraction and n-butanol fraction in Trillium chinense were much larger than that of total flavonoids, Mostly the role of ingredients to saponins. The research will provide guidance for further study on the effective components of Trillium.
