燃烧新疆准东煤350MW超临界锅炉设计应用

新疆准东煤具有极强的结焦沾污特性。介绍完全燃用准东煤350 MW超临界锅炉的主要汽水、热力参数和布置结构。运行结果表明,锅炉可以在掺烧准东煤比例达到80%条件下可以长期稳定运行,但掺烧超出80%比例条件下,炉膛结渣沾污速率明显加快。通过燃烧调整数据分析,建议采用降低一次风率和控制锅炉氧量在4%来控制结焦沾污。对于新建机组应采取以下措施:减小燃烧切圆直径,提高燃尽高度,放大炉膛截面积,扩大吹灰区域。 Zhundong coal has a strong coke stain characteristics. This paper introduces the main soft drinks, thermal parameters and arrangement of the complete combustion of Zhundong coal 350 MW supercritical boiler. The operation results show that the boiler can be stably operated for a long time under the condition of blending 80% of the quasi-Dong coal, however, the rate of stumping and fouling of the furnace is obviously accelerated under the condition of mixing and burning exceeding 80%. Through the combustion adjustment data analysis, it is recommended to reduce the primary air rate and control the boiler oxygen at 4% to control the coke contamination. For the new unit should take the following measures: to reduce the combustion tangential diameter, increase the burn-up height, enlarge the cross-sectional area of ​​the furnace, expanding soot blowing area.
