近年肿瘤化疗的进展之一即使用细胞毒药物一大分子复合物治疗肿瘤,以减轻药物对机体正常组织的毒性。由于异种蛋白可致过敏,所以药物-抗体复合物不能多次重复使用。肝癌化疗的另一更具吸引力的途径系利用AFP 与花生四烯酸(C20:4)和廿二碳六烯酸(C22:6)间的高度亲和性,使药物浓聚于肝癌组织.作者采用碳化二亚胺衍生物使红比霉素(Dau)和脂肪酸通过肽键共价结合,然后用氯仿从反应液中提取该复合物,再以无水Na_2SO_4和水泵抽气使之干
One of the progresses of cancer chemotherapy in recent years is the use of a large molecule complex of cytotoxic drugs to treat tumors, so as to reduce the toxicity of drugs to normal tissues of the body. As heterogenous proteins can cause allergies, drug-antibody complexes cannot be reused multiple times. Another, more attractive approach to hepatocellular carcinoma chemotherapy is the use of AFP’s high affinity between arachidonic acid (C20:4) and docosahexaenoic acid (C22:6) to concentrate the drug in liver cancer tissue. The authors used carbodiimide derivatives to covalently bind erythromycin (Dau) and fatty acids through peptide bonds, and then extracted the complexes from the reaction solution with chloroform, and then dried them with anhydrous Na 2 SO 4 and water pump.
