目的:优选白花丹参提取工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B、总丹酚酸、丹参酮ⅡA及总丹参酮含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法、紫外-可见分光法及比色法测定指标成分含量,选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、加醇量、药材粒度和提取次数等为考察因素,采用正交试验法优选白花丹参乙醇回流提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为白花丹参切段后用10倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次2 h。结论:优选工艺对白花丹参药材中的脂溶性成分和水溶性成分均有较高提取率,且稳定、节能。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The contents of salvianolic acid B, total salvianolic acid, tanshinone Ⅱ A and total tanshinone were determined by HPLC, UV-vis spectrophotometry and colorimetric method. The volume fraction of ethanol, extraction time , The amount of added alcohol, the particle size of the medicinal materials and the number of extraction were investigated. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the ethanol extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Results: The best extraction process for the white Danshen cut after 10 times the amount of 60% ethanol extracted three times, each 2 h. CONCLUSION: The optimal process has higher extraction rate, stable and energy-saving for the fat-soluble and water-soluble components of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae.
