近年来,黑龙江垦区通信事业取得了迅猛的发展,但在为社会和用户服务方面也暴露出一些问题,影响了企业形象。如何改变垦区通信在社会上的不良影响,笔者认为,必须以服务为突破口,以全新的服务理念和精心的服务行为,重塑垦区通信的新形象。就垦区通信来说,服务是个老话题。虽然公司成立后,为改善服务,下了不少功夫,但垦区的通信形象,恰恰被服务问题所拖累,原因何在?如何解决?本文主要从服务制度方面进行分析。
In recent years, Heilongjiang reclamation area has made rapid development of communications, but also for the community and users also exposed some problems affecting the corporate image. How to change the bad influence of reclamation communication in the society, I believe that we must reshape the new image of reclamation area with service as breakthrough, new service concept and elaborate service behavior.
