〔目的〕掌握进口食品中合成色素的基本情况。[方法] 对1996年~1999年深圳各口岸抽检的进口食品2912份进行了合成色素的检测分析。[结果] 有453份不合格,占14.9%。不合格率呈逐年上升的趋势,1999年最高达21.7%,其中以蜜饯、糖果不合格率最高,1999年糖果达30.6%,1998年蜜饯达32.8%。糖果的送检批次最多,为1371份。[结论] 应采用HACCP、HPLC等先进的检验方法提高进口食品检验技术水平,为入世做好充分的准备。
[Purpose] To master the basic situation of synthetic pigment in imported food. [Method] 2912 samples of imported food sampled from all ports of Shenzhen from 1996 to 1999 were detected and analyzed. [Results] 453 failed, accounting for 14.9%. The failure rate showed a trend of rising year by year, up to 21.7% in 1999, of which candied fruit, the highest rate of unqualified candies was 30.6% in 1999 and 32.8% in 1998. Up to 1371 copies of the most frequent inspection of candies. [Conclusion] The advanced inspection methods such as HACCP and HPLC should be used to improve the inspection technology of imported food and be well prepared for entering the WTO.
