在非线性振动系统中,当系统参数满足一定条件时,即使在确定性输入下,输出仍呈现不规则的振动,我们称之为混沌振动。各国研究者对工程中的混沌振动进行了广泛研究,但多数研究侧重于如何避免混沌振动。不过近些年,在如何利用混沌振动方面取得了突破性进展。 这一研究首先看到的是,混沌振动比单频振动具有更丰富的频率成份和更激烈的速度变化,有利于用做振动压实、筛选、分离等作业,在机械、化工、食品、制药、制茶和制陶等行业均有广阔的应用前景。 混沌振动压路机的发展 为将混沌振动科研成果产业化,笔者与上海工程机械厂、徐州工程
In the nonlinear vibration system, when the system parameters meet certain conditions, the output still exhibits irregular vibrations even under deterministic input. We call this chaotic vibration. Researchers in various countries have conducted extensive research on chaotic vibrations in engineering, but most studies have focused on how to avoid chaotic vibrations. However, in recent years, breakthroughs have been made in how to use chaotic vibrations. The first observation of this research is that chaotic vibrations have richer frequency components and more drastic changes in speed than single-frequency vibrations. They are useful for vibratory compaction, screening, and separation operations in machinery, chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals. Tea, tea and pottery industries have broad application prospects.
